Special discount on any accommodation weeks at Ardcairn Residence during the period 26th Nov 2023 to 03rd March 2024. Regular rates apply from 03rd March 2024 onwards.
NORMAL RATE: Eur345 per week
NEW DISCOUNTED RATE: Eur320 per week, single room with private bathroom
Excellent city centre location: 35 minute approx walk to Horner School or 15 minute on LUAS Tram to St. Stephens Green. The nearest Dublin Bike station is just 3 minute walk from Ardcairn residence.
The Room Rate includes:
Single room, private bathroom, shared kitchen.
Individual heating controls, study desk, lamp & good storage.
One set of bed linen on arrival only. Students must bring own towels.
WI-FI access.
Use of GYM, Bicycle parking, Bowling alley, Music room, TV/ Cinema room.
Use of Common laundry room, booked via an app, small extra charge applies.
Use of Common study room.
Terms and Conditions:
All bookings are subject to H.S.E. accommodation placement fee of ?75
A refundable security deposit required on arrival.
Offer applies strictly to new bookings.
Arrival/Departure: Accommodation office is available 24hrs, 7 days per week. Students can take a taxi or book the optional Horner School airport transfer service.

Extra costs:
A course registration fee of EUR 75 and textbook fee of EUR 35 will apply.
Medical insurance is an immigration requirement and costs ?110. Approved end of course examination is an immigration requirement. IELTS exam ?215. TIE exam ?120. Cambridge FCE / CAE ?215.

This week we have 9% of our students coming from Korea. 65% are from Europe i.e. Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Russia etc. 11% from South America ( Brazil and Venezuela). The balance are coming from other countries for example Japan, Poland, Turkey and Saudi Arabia etc.
We expect our Korean numbers to remain consistent until the end of June. For the months of July, August and September our percentage of Korean students in proportion to other nationalities will reduce. This is due to the fact that our student numbers will increase from Europe during this period.

Our normal rates ( see attached) will apply for all Korean clients wishing to study for 24 weeks or less. Presently we are offering a special discount of 10% for all bookings ( 1-23 weeks) received by our office before the 21st April 2014 ( Easter Monday ).
