세컨비자문의드립니다.

안녕하세요. 만30세의 나이로 올 해 2월호주에 워홀퍼스트비자로 입국하여 농장에서 일하고있습니다. 6월말이 생일이라 만 31세가 되기 전 세컨비자충족조건을 채운 후 비자를 승인받으려고합니다. 호주 내에서 세컨비자를 신청할 경우 세컨비자를 승인받았을 때 최대 체류기간이 2년인가요, 아니면 세컨비자 승인시점에서부터 1년인가요? 세컨비자를 승인받고 한국에 가족 결혼식이 있어 한번 출국을 해야하는상황인데 한국을 출국한다고하면 비자자격이 없어지는지요? 총 3군데의 유학원에 문의를 드려본바 세군데 모두에서 각기 다른 답변을 받아 혼란스러워 다시문의글을 올립니다. 유학원 1 : 세컨비자 신청과 승인을 한국에서 받던 호주 내에서 받던 체류기간은 승인 이후 1년. 대신 한국에서 받았을 경우 입국일로부터 1년. 유학원 2 : 호주 내에서 세컨비자를 신청 승인을 받았을 경우 첫 입국일로부터 2년간 체류가능. 유학원 3 : 호주 내에서 세컨비자를 신청 승인을 받았을 경우 첫 입국일로부터 2년간 체류가능하지만 나이 때문에 2년동안 한국입국을 할 수 없음.

아래 내용을 보시면, 호주에 있는 동안 세컨비자 승인시 첫 워홀비자로 입국한 날로부터 24개월 체류입니다. 호주 밖에 있는 동안 세컨비자 승인시 세컨비자로 입국한 날로부터 12개월 체류입니다. 멀티비자이므로 비자승인후 체류 기간내에 출입국 가능합니다.

Second Working Holiday visa

If you are already in Australia on a Working Holiday visa and have been granted a second Working Holiday visa, you can:

stay in Australia for up to 24 months from the date you entered Australia on your first Working Holiday visa
leave and re-enter Australia any number of times while the visa is valid.

If you are in Australia but do not hold a current Working Holiday visa, you can:

stay in Australia for 12 months from the date your second Working Holiday visa is granted.
leave and re-enter Australia any number of times while the visa is valid.

If you are outside Australia, you can:

travel to Australia at any time in the 12 months from the date your second Working Holiday visa is granted (this cannot be extended or deferred)
stay in Australia for 12 months from the date you first enter Australia on your second Working Holiday visa.
leave and re-enter Australia any number of times while the visa is valid.
