We’re happy to say that as of Thursday this week, we are open and fully functioning on site in Albert Park again: 11 classes, 20 nationalities. We even have all 3 buildings back again after a year of re-roofing and renovations. This means we have more room to keep 1 metre space between students and everyone a little bit safer. We hope you're having a successful year. We would like to announce the release of our Course Information 2019, with prices and dates for the coming year. You can download the document at https://www.languages.ac.nz/wp-content/uploads/2019.pdf. The price changes will apply as follows:
•2018 tuition prices will continue to be applied for 2018 and 2019 courses booked by the end of September 2018. From 1st October, 2018 prices will be applied to 2018 courses or parts of courses, and 2019 prices will be applied to 2019 courses or parts of courses.
•2019 accommodation prices will be applied to 2019 stays or parts of stays from now on. 2018 prices will of course continue to be applied to 2018 stays or parts of stays.

We’re pleased to announce a new addition to our academic programme: IELTS Intensive full-time course. Languages International’s strength and experience in language exam preparation, and in the IELTS exam especially, will help your students achieve their IELTS goal.
· A 12-week course, with the first intake from Monday, July 4th. Later start dates are possible, depending on space.
· For students at high intermediate level (equivalent to IELTS 5.5), aiming at IELTS 6.0 or higher.
o Prospective students have to take our online pre-test at https://www.languages.ac.nz/courses/test-your-english/ so we can confirm that their level is suitable for the course.
· 23 hours per week:
o 4 classroom hours per day, Monday to Friday.
o At least 3 hours per week of teacher-supervised independent study in the Learning Centre, with a large collection of IELTS practice tests and IELTS skills and vocabulary development material.
IELTS Preparation will also remain available as a part-time afternoon option for students at intermediate level and above.
