With weekly enrolment, our numbers do change significantly week to week.  Generally, CLLC Halifax runs between 150 - 220 students, and we do our best to prevent any one country from surpassing 33% of the total student population.  However, our Korean numbers in Halifax are growing rapidly, so in the fall I suspect they may in fact breakthrough the 33% barrier for a little while.
