| 학교소개 및 특징 | Illinois State University's ranking in the 2013 edition of Best Colleges is National Universities, 156 1857년 교사를 양성하기 위해 설립된 일리노이 주립사범대학(Illinois State Normal University)에서 출발했다. 일리노이 주 최초의 공립대학교로 블루밍턴 도심에 있는 건물에서 수업을 시작했다. 1860년 현재의 캠퍼스로 이전했다. 1964년 교육분야를 늘리고 규모를 확대하면서 일리노이 주립대학교 노멀캠퍼스(Illinois State University at Normal)로 이름을 바꾸었다. 1968년 일리노이 주립대학교로 교명을 변경했다. |
