University of Oregon은 미국의 인지도 높은 주립대학이며 예술, 과학, 건축, 언론, 교육, 음악, 법률 분야에서 특히 높이평가 받는대학입니다. 오레곤 대표 기업은 나이키이다. 나이키와 교류도 많고 취업 기회도 많습니다. (나이키 창업자가 오레곤주립대를 나왔음) football도 잘하고 운동부 성적도 좋은 편이며, 오레곤의 중소도시에 위치하여 자연환경이 좋고 릴렉스한 환경에서 학교 다니고 픈 분들에게 적합한 위치. 전체적 분위기 역시 매우 릴렉스하고 사람들도 친절하고 성격이 좋은 편 이며, 비지니스, 저널리즘, 로스쿨 등에 강점이 있음. 국내로 복귀한 유학생들 취업 성적 괜찮음. 컨설팅쪽은 많지 않으며, 사립대 보다는 학비 저렴. 소도시라 생활비도 저렴. 오레곤은 물건살 때 TAX 가 없어서 저렴한 쇼핑을 즐길수 있는 장점이 있는 도시임. |
