25주 학업+ 8주 방학을 희망하는 학생은 학생은 반드시 Study & Travel 과정으로 등록해야 합니다.
이 Study & Travel 과정만 Stamp 2 비자를 받을 수 있습니다.
일반 영어과정에 등록은 가능하지만 이것은 일을 할 수 없는 Standard Study Visa 만 받을 수 있습니다.
원하는 주수만큼 일반 영어 과정에 등록할 수는 있지만 Work permit이나 방학이 허용되지는 않습니다.
That is correct. After the new visa regulations came in on January 20th- we are not able to enrol students on General English. The students that wish to apply for Study & Travel visa (25 weeks of study + 8 weeks of holidays) need to enrol to Study & Travel programme- the only one that is registered with Immigration for stamp 2 visa.
Students enrolled to General English can still enrol but then they will have to apply for a standard study visa with no work permit and they can then study for the chosen amount of weeks (it doesn’t need to be 25 weeks), they also then will not get the work permit or holidays granted.
