요즘 CES 방학일정 문의가 많아서 안내드리려고 합니다.
영국/아일랜드는 12월 17일(금)이 올 해 마지막 수업일이고 그 후 약 2주 넘는 기간 동안 방학에 들어가요.
12월 20일(월)부터 1월 3일(월)까지 방학하고 1월 4일(화) 개강합니다. 2021년 프로모션가격으로 등록하시려는 학생들 있으면 일정 참고하셔서 미리 신청 부탁드려요!
캐나다는 별도의 방학은 없구요.
12월 24일(금)과 27일(월) 공휴일 입니다. 12월 27일 개강하시는 학생들은 28일부터 개강으로 안내받으셨을거예요~
그리고 2022년 1월 3일(월) 공휴일이라 1월 4일(화) 개강합니다.

CES 더블린 캠퍼스가 9월 20일부터 드디어 신규 국제학생들 받을 수 있게 되었어요~!!대면수업은 진행하고 있었지만 신규 학생을 받지 못하고 있는 상황이였는데 너무 반가운 소식입니다.
신규 학생들을 받지 못하는 상황에서도 CES 더블린은 12~14개 반을 운영해오고 있는 중입니다. 더블린 현지에 있는 학생만으로도 이 정도 규모로 이미 수업을 진행하고 있어요. 9월 20일부터 등록이 마구 이어져 더블린 3개 캠퍼스가 금방 학생들로 가득 차기를 바래봅니다:-)
We are delighted to let you know that Atlantic Language Galway will be reopening for face to face classes on 8 June 2021.
However, due to ongoing Irish Government restrictions, students who wish to travel to Ireland will have to self-quarantine on arrival for up to 5 days until 19 July. From 19 July students who have the EU Digital COVID Certificate and students from outside the EU who have proof of vaccination will be able to travel to Ireland without having to quarantine. Students from outside the EU who do not have proof of vaccination must:
have a negative PCR test result taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival
self-quarantine and
undergo post-arrival testing.
Mandatory hotel quarantine will remain in place for passengers from a limited number of countries listed HERE.

오늘은 저희 센터별 국적비율 업데이트 드리려고 메일 드려요~첨부파일 확인해주시구요~
영국을 제외한 아일랜드,캐나다 캠퍼스는 현재 온라인 수업중임을 참고해주세요. 온라인 수업임에도 더블린 캠퍼스는 200여명, 토론토는 40여명이 현재 수업중입니다. 영국 캠퍼스는 각 센터별로 35~50여명 정도가 수업중이구요. 아쉽게도 에딘버러와 옥스포드 캠퍼스 현재 오프라인 수업 중인 학생이 없습니다.
아일랜드, 캐나다 캠퍼스 오프라인 수업 재개되면 바로 공지드릴게요.
그리고 영국센터는 현재도 학생들이 도착하고 있고 코로나방역규정을 준수하며 엑티비티도 진행하고 있습니다.

On Saturday 28th September Centre of English Studies (CES) will celebrate its 40th birthday in the magnificent dining hall of Trinity College Dublin. 150 industry guests and friends will be there to join in the celebration with the Quinn family and CES teams.
CES is a multi-award winning school which is now spread across Ireland, England, Scotland, Canada and Taiwan. Each year we welcome over 25,000 students from 80 countries.
CES was started in 1979 by Rosemary Quinn. The school was based in St. Paul’s College in Raheny, Dublin and quickly gained a reputation for the care and attention that every student receives.
In the next 10 years the school expanded to three junior schools on the northside of Dublin city welcoming students from mainly across Europe. Still to this day St. Paul’s College is used as one of the summer centres. It is testament to CES that many of the agents that started with them are still working with CES today.
Justin Quinn joined Rosemary in 1989 and in 1990 CES made the big move into the city Centre. Our new location was at 31 Dame Street in the very heart of Dublin on the same street as Trinity College and Dublin Castle. CES was one of the founder members of RELSA / MEI in Ireland and a driver of quality in the sector in Ireland. CES continued to grow and develop and expanded its markets across Asia & South America. In 1996 we developed Coppinger Row in Dublin to have a second training centre in the city. In 1997 we started our first RELSA Teacher Training Course, the first school in Ireland to offer an Irish approved Teacher Training Certificate. CES now offers CELTA across most locations.
Jonathan joined the team in 1999 from an international sales role in Novum Refrigeration bringing a great knowledge of the South American market.
2005 was a great year in CES, we welcomed Swandean School of English (London and Worthing) to the CES family and Michael joined the CES team, moving to the UK to help and grow the CES brand.
Over the next 15 years, CES has grown and developed as a global market leader in the EFL sector. The acquisitions of Leeds Languages, Oxford House, Action English, Randolph School of English, Harrogate Language Academy and Global Village in Toronto all followed. CES has grown in each location and proud that many of the past owners will be with them on the night to celebrate.
CES is a proud member of MEI, English UK, IALC, EAQUALS, ALTO and Languages Canada. Justin is the current Chair of EAQUALS and a former board member of MEI, Jonathan is on the board of ALTO and Michael is an associate board member of English UK. All three are proud to serve on industry boards to promote and help industry growth.
The Quinn family is delighted to have achieved so much over the last 40 years and pays a huge thank you to our agents, friends and industry colleagues for the help and guidance over the last 40 years.
